A ABO Seccional – RJ participou , na manhã de terça-feira, dia 5, da inauguração da Ouvidoria da Mulher na sede do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 1ª Região (TRT1), no Centro do Rio.
O espaço de escuta, coordenado pela desembargadora Mônica Batista Vieira Puglia, foi criado com o objetivo de disponibilizar canais específicos: presencial e virtual, para orientação, recebimento da denúncia e agendamento de atendimento, para o acolhimento e o atendimento de mulheres que se sintam em situação de violência de gênero, assédio moral, assédio sexual, discriminação e outras formas de violência baseada no gênero, que possam desencadear procedimentos administrativos e/ ou judiciais referentes a atos de violência contra mulheres.
Prestigiaram o evento o vice-presidente do TRT1, Roque Lucarelli Dattoli; a ministra do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST) e ouvidora nacional da Mulher do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), Maria Helena Mallman; a desembargadora do Trabalho da 4ª Região e presidente do Colégio de Ouvidorias Judiciais das Mulheres, Tânia Regina Silva Reckziegel; a desembargadora do Trabalho e ouvidora da Mulher do TRT1, Mônica Batista Vieira Puglia; o procurador-chefe do Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT), Fábio Goulart Vilela, e a ouvidora-geral do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), Juliana Kalichsztein.
